Currently, We only ship to U.S/Canada, and New Zealand/Australia.
However, We can ship worldwide to 46 countries, please consult with our customer service crew before you purchase, and we we will use reliable international carriers to ensure the packages reach their destination safely.
Order Processing
For Regular Product: 2-4 days, and 90% of the order will be shipped out within 48hrs.
For Custom Made Product: 8-22 days
Delivery Time
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs take, which can vary from country to country.
USA: average 6-12 days
Canada: average 8-15 days
Australia: average 6-10 days
All Others: average 10-20 days

Change Of Address
If your address changes, please contact us at info@lightbulblive.com within 24 hours.
Please note: If you ask for a change of address after delivery, we can't guarantee to change the address within the promised time limit.
Split Shipping
In some cases, goods may be shipped separately in two or three shipments, depending on the order and inventory of the products. In the case of partial shipments, please note that delivery may vary with subsequent shipments. If this happens, we will contact you in advance.
Tracking
After ordering, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. You will also receive an email notification containing package dispatching and tracking information. In some cases, the carrier may need one or two days to update the tracking status, and please allow 1-2 business days.
Our qualified logistic team keeps track of every order and continuously updates the shipment status of our customers.
Keep in mind that if the size or color of the replacement changes, the replacement may take longer delivery than usual due to the need to contact the customer and obtain confirmation of the replacement or replacement.
Return policy
All sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your product if the product you received was damaged or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve review and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
